| Informationen | Die Wiederfindung von Gliadin mit der RIDA® Extraction solution (colorless) (R7098) kann für einige Proben reduziert sein. Wenn RIDA® Extraction Solution (R7098) benutzt wird, dann sollte eine vergleichende Analyse mit Cocktail (patented) durchgeführt werden, um die Wiederfindung zu überprüfen. Wir empfehlen den Cocktail (patented) (R7006 / R7016), weil die Wiederfindung für alle Proben innerhalb des Variationsbereiches liegt. Diese reduzierte Wiederfindung betrifft nicht den qualitativen RIDA®QUICK Gliadin-Test (R7003/R7004). Die gefärbte RIDA® Extraction solution (R7099) wurde eingestellt. Die folgenden Produkte eignen sich zur Extraktion von Gluten: - Cocktail (patented) (R7006 / R7016) - RIDA® Cocktail ECO (R7080) - RIDA® Extraction solution (colorless) (R7098) -------------------------- The recovery of gliadin with RIDA® Extraction solution (colorless) (R7098) can be reduced for individual samples. If RIDA® Extraction Solution (R7098) is used, then a comparative analysis with the Cocktail (patented) should be carried out to verify the recovery. We recommend to use Cocktail (patented) (R7006 / R7016), because the recovery for all samples is within the variation range. This reduced recovery does not affect the qualitative RIDA®QUICK Gliadin (R7003/R7004). R-Biopharm AG has stopped marketing of the colored RIDA® Extraction solution (R7099).
