Absorbent Buffer

The absorbent buffer (Art. No. BS810-15) is an extraction buffer that can be used for the processing of food samples in the bioavid rapid allergen tests. It is particularly recommended for samples containing polyphenols (e.g. coffee, cocoa, red wine) or oily samples. It is also suitable for neutralizing samples with a strongly acidic or alkaline pH (e.g. orange juice, wine).
